It founded in 1994, formerly known as Jiangyin Zhongjia iron and Steel Co. Ltd, at that time it were included in the national Ministry of metallurgical industry of township enterprises model project, 2000、2002 after the reorganization of the company changed its name to Jiangyin China resources Steelmaking Co., Ltd., the registered capital of 1 billion 555 million 350 thousand yuan, covers an area of 530 acres.

The company mainly engaged in iron and steel smelting and rolling processing products, annually producing 600 thousand tons of high-quality special steel and 400 thousand tons special high-quality seamless steel pipe in various types.
Special steel products mainly include high-quality carbon structural steel, alloy structural steel, high strength low alloy structural steel, pipe billet, high-pressure boiler steel, steel forging cold roll steel, stainless steel and so on, amounting to dozens of types.
Seamless steel pipes products mainly include oil tubing pipes, casing pipes, drilling pipes, line pipes, fluid pipes, structural pipes, low-medium pressure boiler pipes, high pressure boiler pipes, hydraulic pillar pipes, gas cylinder pipes and so on, more than 20 types.
