Steel rods are usually delivered in hot or hot forging.
According to the requirements of the buyer, and in the contract, Heat treatment(annealing, normalizing or high temperature tempering) can also be delivered.
Negotiated by both parties, and in the contract, the steel bar surface can be polished, peeled or other finishing method of delivery.

High-quality steel and high-quality steel bar should be non-metallic inclusions inspection, and the conformity level shall be in accordance with the table:
