Classification:
Alloy tool steel according to the use of processing methods can be divided into pressure processing steel (hot and cold pressure processing) and cutting steel. The use of steel processing methods should be specified in the contract.
Steels can be divided into the use of measuring and cutting tool steel, impact resistance tool steel, hot die steel, cold work die steel, non-magnetic die steel and plastic mold steel.
testing regulations:
1) The inspection and acceptance of steel shall be carried out by the technical supervision department of the supplier. The purchaser shall have the right to carry out inspection and acceptance according to the provisions of this standard.
2) Steel should be batch acceptance, each batch of steel should be the same furnace (tank), the same processing methods, delivery status, the same size and the same heat treatment furnace steel composition.
